About MooD Restaurant
Opened in 2003, MooD is a combination of modern, minimalistic interior and sophisticated specialties, prepared by some of the world's most respected chefs. A high, open beam ceiling, exposed brick and wooden floors offer home comfort, while an open kitchen, banquette seating and gentle lighting contribute to an intimate and contemporary feel.
The food that is served in MooD is sourced from top quality ingredients, featuring a high percentage of organic products. Our menu changes every eight to ten weeks, honoring many different cooking traditions and interpreting them with our own creative vision.
Inspired we craft all of our stocks, sauces, breads, pastries and ice creams from scratch on a daily basis. We also strive to support other excellent producers when it comes to purchasing wine, cheese, meat and other ingredients.
The secret of MooD's success is the truly cooperative approach. We strongly believe that every person on our staff is integral part of the "big picture".
